Summary:
Golden Abyss revolves around the main series protagonist, Nathan Drake, and a new character to the series, Jason Dante. Jason Dante is a smarmy, arrogant treasure hunter who is also friend's with Drake's friend, Sully. The story follows Nathan Drake uncovering clues on a massacre of a 400 year old Spanish expedition and in search of a legendary lost city in Central America. While also being caught in the middle of a rivalry between Jason Dante and Marisa Chase, the granddaughter of missing archeologist. While being pursued by a dangerous drug runner, Guerro.
The game's main storyline is set before Uncharted: Drakes Fortune. Much like its previous games; Nathan Drake will be going through lust jungles, treacherous river basins, undiscovered temple ruins, and karst caverns. The game will fully support the PlayStation Vita's touch screen and rear touch pad and it'll also make use of its accelerometer through different action sequences that is presented to the player in the game. The game will have the option to either use the touch controls or use the traditional button and analog controls to play the game.
