What the hell is this thing? No psvita logo or sony writing very fishy!

People sell fakes/mimics of systems. It of course is not a vita, it is a media device.

of course i know people rip things off all the time but seriously who'd buy this assuming it was an music player it seems like something they wouldnt even send you theyd just take your money and laugh haha

Its not a fake Vita unless they are trying to say its a Vita, but they arent.

So you should change the thread to "someone trying to sell a portable media player that looks like a PS Vita."

If it could emulate a crapload of systems, I would get one.

Plastic molds are very expensive. If someone were to start out to make copies of the Vita, they would have at least a $100k in just getting the molds cut for the shell, buttons, and slot covers.

That practically guarantees that they are buying the molded components from one of the children in the Chinese sweat shops that is contracted to make them for Sony. The plastic components probably only cost the a couple dollars. Throw in a cheap LCD screen and a couple dollars worth of mass produced chips, pay a double-amputee ex-prostitute in Cambodia to wire it all together, and you probably have a pretty decent potable media player. No Vita, but hey...

The real question is whether or not Sony knows that someone is pimping their plastics supplier. I bet they'd have something to say about that.

That she is... world reknown for her soldering iLLskiLLZ.... she can suck an old solder bead through the gap in her front teeth.

The whole family are jumping for joy that she bounced back from her horrific ordeal..We did actually start to notice her soldering was on the decline and was the only thing starting to suffer. Before the coucilling you could notice the nervous ticks ..But after councilling she managed to fix my broken Alpine car stereo.
