What's this second slot for?
Next to the game card slot? If so that is an expansion port.
I'm keeping my finger crossed that they use that port for a TV out option.
That's what the rumors are. Plus, considering one of the holes next to that port have screw threading, i'm assuming it's going to be a cable that they want to make sure stays in.
Well the TV connection idea sure sounds feasible. Than again, we don't know for sure.
I would like to see a TV antenna. Picking up the local stations would be neato-riffic!
Yeah i hope they do that! I would be awesome to be able to play it on a large screen aswell!
Shouldn't take too long. They had this option with the PSP.
expansion port... who knows what sony will do with it though...
It will be very interesting to see how/if they use this, the Vita has bluetooth so any sort of attachment could use that. Lots of products have extension ports but sometimes they are never used.. I hope for TV out too!
well my dad says its a Ethernet cable to get wifi whiles connected to the wireless router
I can tell you one thing; your dad is wrong.
its a accessory port hope they make a device where you plug the psvita to the tv using it
technically my dad is not wrong because it was a theory not an assured answer
His theory is incorrect, therefore he is wrong.

OK then how do you know it is not an Ethernet cable?
Because it's a port and not a cable...It also looks nothing like an Ethernet port. You can only use wifi and 3G on the Vita.
I guarantee you personally it's not an ethernet anything. I'm a computer tech and I know things; and this is one of the things I know.
