        I'm a huge Tolkien fan, and I enjoyed the LotR trilogy for the most part. I'm curious to see how they managed to split a single book into three movies, though.

        Lucky! Im going to book tickets for next week, maybe thursday. Are you going for a 48fps showing? I seen the trailer in IMAX 3D at 48fps and I quite liked it but the IMAX cinema ain't showing the movie that way...

        So im having to choose between standard IMAX or the controversial 48fps. I think I will go IMAX as its actually cheaper and if I like the movie enough I will go see it again.

        I would like to see it at 48 FPS, but I doubt the theatre I'm going to will have it. I go to the one hidden near my house because it's always empty. Saw Dark Knight Rises like two days after it released and there were only three other people in the threatre.

        That's exactly what I mean. I was looking through the PSN update yesterday and noticed things like revert being added to Tony Hawk HD for like $5, when it should have been included at launch. Then the new Uncharted game released at $5, but with $6 worth of DLC on day one. Cutting out pieces of a finished game to sell later is wrong.

        absolutely. they're mimicking the formats of smartphone apps (or free to play mmos). especially when the games (especially for the vita) are expensive enough as it is.

        also seeing a lot less quality control. console industry is getting spoiled with patches. companies should at least try to make their games as bug-free as possible.

        Yes! Thanks, I searched the forums and Google and came up with nothing showing the back side. That thread didn't come up for some reason. My Power Grip broke and my trigger grip isn't getting the job done anymore so I'm looking for something new.

        Lumines, Rayman, Ninja Gaiden, and Dungeon Hunter. All games that I wasn't comfortable shelling out $40 for at launch, but at $15 are definitely worth it.
